Last week on CJAD 800 with Tommy Schnurmacher, Equinoxe’s own Care Manager, Trisha Felgar, shared some tips on how to keep cool during these hot summer months.  For the elderly population, staying cool isn’t always easy but as Trisha says, other than being prepared and keeping hydrated, there are many ways to beat the heat.
